GM's?

OK guys we already had some trouble with some GM's, Akaio and Dinin, Probaly Akaio is some one we also know as tsunam and Dinin is hate to day it, but probaly Jade. Tsunam as GM is ok, Jade as GM...pretty big mistake IMO. Any one want to say something about it, *looks @ gray*
And lets try to make use of this forum a bit more

Ok got it, and it does really show that there's no point @ talking to Dinin.. she really is abusing the GM powers.
And as we can see now (server is off) dem is not intrested in helping the server, but in still curious to the screens of the fight with our next by GM's upgraded mortal..

Ali didn't said anything that you can't see, just something ppl outside clan doesn't need to see, consider it clan info.

About the shots with from the fight with Tsu i got nothing that really prooves my statement, because i didn't had the time to taken, btw i'm playing in Godz with M tell the others to use this forum too, send pm's or something.

I wonder if they can go check my ip connection and that way, find out that it is me with every char i log... I don't think either Akaio or Jade can do that because you would need to have access to the server data, wich they don't. I can't think of any other way a Gm can check a player IP just for being a Gm with only access to ingame Gm commands. Anyway this is stupid, there is no reason for me to be banned, even less for 1 week...

You just prove something OR even GM's with the brains of chicken can track you Ingame IP, OR they can read private chat... how ever.

Im confused

I have a lot more screens from yesterday's chat with Dinin. I had to go a bit "low" to achieve what i got... It's hard to get understanding from someone whose ideas are more solid then a rock... I made Dinin change a bit his attitude towards me, but didn't changed much. Basically you just have to play and not talk much about what you know... if you know what i mean. I am not sure if they can see the clan/party/private chat, but somehow it seems they can, not sure. She was gonna perma ban me lol, but a little of light came to his mind and she aloud me to talk... It's still stupid. And other ppl said worst things then me in shout, why only me being punished? It gotta makes me think it's strange , no? Akaio/Tsunam is an idiot too, he think he can do everything and no one notices... He knows that me is me with all the chars i play, for sure... He cried to Jade, full of angry certainly, because he knows who i am ingame, and because of all his frustration for sure. And Jade not being much clever, took all my words as insults, disrespect and offensive towards both Gm's... It's a mix of a bounch of stupid reasons that make me being banned. And like i said , small communities , you can't do something before everyone already knows it, especially when both Gm's have mortal's wich they have to refuse saying ofc, but they do and inevitably that will affect their behaviour, either as being Gm's as well as when they play their characters... Every one ends up knowing what we Villians do, sooner then we think, everyone ends up copying us in what we do, everyone want's to get "higher" in the Game but many times we are there to stop them, and many hate us for that. Everyone knows we workd hard, we are good, and we fucking play fair, and that makes some ppl very, very angry. Maybe i'm wrong...

Anyway, talking with Dinin last night made him not perma ban me but he said one next thing enough for a punishment and i will be perma banned. He lowered my punishment , Tuesday at 23:30 GMT +1 i can log in, because it's when Dinin unban's Gray's account... Keep in touch my friend, thanks for being here for me

OK i have a few things to say myself,

When you got perma, (for as far as i knew) i was pretty much filled with anger. So then you need to find some one/thing to kick, i found my target :"Dinin" seemd like a pretty good one. So i asked :"Dinin..can i talk to you a bit" First reaction"Shut up! i dont want to talk to grays friends now" so i was.. like okeeeeee..
5 minutes later: Dinin have time for me yet? reaction :"wait till i tell you i have time!".. i was pretty angry by then. But calm as always, i waited, turned out you where talking to her cause when dinin and I started talking you Pm me with the msg to tell everyone your not perma'd. but no matter, i talked to her, she had some things to explain me most of it was crap and lies, i cant tell you all cause i had to errrmmm.. say i would not tell it all and im not sure how secrure this forum is

But one thing i do want to tell you:
Dinin:"And he called me a liar"(There was more crap in this sentence but thats gonna take to long)

Right after that she made me (miss the word) tell i wont tell any thing about our convesation.
After all i have a mixed impression, i got the feeling she does really wanna try it, but is not able to cause of some trouble in her head or something. She is not able to run it, and we have a saying here :A cat in trouble does unexpected things... she was in trouble had to safe her ass, so she went beserk on you..

Hey Gray! Nice to meet ya here! I was pretty shocked as Dinin said you were banned for like 24 hours. But a few hours later I just couldn't believe it that you wanted to perma ban you. This is just so ridiculous to me. Wanting to punish you for no real reasons. You sure were angry about that thing with Olympiad but you never accused the GMs of sabotaging that. To me it seems, this happened all out of personal reasons, because they just can't stand you, just can't stand VFH, just can't stand the way we are and then they gave themselves some reasons to ban you; disrespecting the staff that is. And in that way they abuse their Powers as GMs.
At any rate, the Powers of GMs should definitely be lessened. They shouldn't be allowed to create items, edit skills whatsoever. This is just some incentive to use that power for your own good - and that just shouldn't happen. Or Dem has to find some GMs who don't play at that server. Anyway, that's a difficult matter and I hope we can talk to Dem about it soon - so something like this will never happen again. If this goes public, it could have an severe impact on the server life. So we all gotta be careful about that.

1st I was banned for 24h, because i logged another char before that time ended i got an increasing to 1week ban, then she would have banned me permanently if she had decided not to let me talk. But she aloud me to talk, even though when i was talking and just typing things like a monologue for some time, she just said "Tell me when you finish" with that line i thought well it's pointless i won't get anything out of this "conversation", but in the end when i said "I'm finished" she took some time to reply and asked me to wait some time because she had to think about what to do with me... If you guys want i can post the shots of the last conversation i had with Dinin, i guess ill do it... I'll post them some time later i'm tired now going to sleep.

It's kind of difficult to prove absolutely that Dinin is indeed Jade.. I personally am pretty conviced, though.. it was either that same day, or a day after, that Peppermint, Deus and myself were gearing up to go to Imp. Tomb for some leveling, etc.. we were discussing the details in clan chat at the time... and it was shortly after Dinin had been in the clan hall helping some1 in our clan who had a question about something.

Anyways.. we were talking in clan or party chat.. I can't fully remember.. talking about going to Imp. Tomb.. So we get buffed up.. and port.. as soon as we port into Imp. Tomb, There's CYANNA (Jade), standing, there WAITING for us to start moving, so she can of course obilterate us... Coincidence? I think not.

I got a couple of good hits in on her.. heh heh. She actually started running away.. then turned around to hit me a 3rd or 4th time with her crazy ass uber bow to kill me... oh well. At least I'm not a coward who can't can't fight without uber-gear to protect me.. I guess you'll have cowardly bullies on any donation server. What can ya do?

No of course not, it's not a coincidence. And if you look at my screens you see at some point i talk about those coincidences, notice how Dinin answers after that...

Well what can we do? Talk with Dem and bug him knowing all he wants is ppl not to mock on him about the server? It's the only 2 Gm's we have and honestly it's good that we have them. But you can't have a day without a night... So i guess we can just hope they are conscious about what they make, considering they both have mortal's and for more then once i got the proof about both. Also the most flagrant one was when Gray fought with Tsunam on Olympiads. Gray did more then 13k Damage on Tsunam, an SpS, in Oly... Can someone explain how can he have such amount of Hp/Cp? Tsunam = Akaio everyone knows that, and who doesn't just look with atention lol both make the same mistakes typing, both type the same way. Notice how Tsunam never, never talks with Akaio or vice versa... Jade although can manage that to a point where she can make most of the players believe that Dinin not = Jade. But not everyone can be a fool to that... Lol i don't mind if we even had 10 Gm's and all play actively with Mortal's, so what? But abusing from their Gm Status... How sad... With a small community, and even if it was a huge community, sooner or later everything will come to the surface. Truth always comes up winning.

Actually, a GM having a "conversation" with their mortal account while dual boxing is one of the oldest tricks in the book. I used to do that on another server that I used to be a GM on.. heh heh. Actually, I WAS able to fool everyone with it. HAA HAA HAA!!

Lol Well the other day was me, Mugen, HappySam, Shinobi and Cyanna outside Giran playing with Akamanah... After a bit Dinin shows up and gets on a duel with one of the uys, don't remember who, think it was Sam. While they were on Duel i requested a duel with Cyanna lol, and of course she refused... I asked "oh but why not duel me?" she didn't replied and after a sec Dinin said something like "Hm, uh..I gotta go"... For me it's just obvious. But again that doesn't matter, although i think it was a mistake once again give Jade Gm powers, and it's revealing slowly that giving Tsunam Gm status wasn't that much of a great idea either...

I think if Dem was active and somewhat often keeping an eye on the server AND on the Gm's and what they do, i'm sure things would be diferent. Anyway this is for us to get fun and get occupied, away from everything, be with the friends we already made here and play with them. Nothing of this should happen...

Hmmm i should already be unbanned... the deal was to unban me today, Tuesday 8th at 22:30 GMT +0 and anyways i can login with other accounts but on the server selection screen says the server is down with 9999 ping, is this only me or everyone else see it like that? Strange because i don't see any post about it on forum, no one complaining and i can still vote and on the vote sites it says Login and Game server's are up...

About Jade being Dinin ... i'm not to sure about it nor that I don't believe you guys...

Situation:
Locke (my char) is plvlind Duergar(my dwarf) and Alaina ... System msg with a Trivia question : Who .... ? answer: Antharas: Locke wins 2 EAS.... Dinin is porting to WoA (my plvling spot) is giving meh the reward for that event...
in general chat Cyanna(Jade) Asking me where Am I...(Dinin logs off or teleport /hides)...
*that day we were plvling there 1 or 2 hours after that case...no sign of Jade*
Why I'm saying this? Jade could be Dinin .... The part about asking where am i was false just to prove that she is not Dinin (especily it was after gray's incident)...or Dinin is not Jade...

Another perfect example... YESTERDAY AFTERNOON... At ~2:45 PM (GMT -5)...

I and another of our members, Oxyg3N, were going to Blazing Swamp.. As soon as we warped in, there Cyanna was again, at the spawn point, waiting for us. (Which leads me to believe that she was also logged as Dinin, listening to our party chat.. so she knew where we'd be.) She of course killed Oxyg3N in 1 hit.. me in 2 hits.. I pulled off a Dark Vortex on her, which usually hits a normal player for 500-900 dmg.. it only hit her for 256 dmg. -- +25 armor, of course.) She is nothing but a cowardly drama queen.

She can't do a darn thing without her ubergear. In fact, when Gray, a hero, went and killed her once, she started crying a river about his "hero miracle" powers. She can't stand to beaten by a player as powerful as her... What a hypocrite. She hides behind her ubergear, 'cause in a fair fight, she'd be owned. When Gray went back to fight her again, she used Blessed Escape 2 TIMES in order to avoid getting owned again. COWARD.

Anyone who kills Jade (Cyanna), TAKE A SCREENIE, and POST it in the forums. I happen to know personally that she sees this as a huge "slap in the face", and will go a long way to deflating her bloated digital ego. Heh heh..

I know when I was a GM on a different server, I could see:

CLAN
PARTY
AND PMs.

(PM spy didn't always work.. was a little buggy.)

Anyways, as far as I can tell you from my personal experiences, almost EVERY time I go to imp. tomb, and take a char. with me to p.lvl, Cyanna shows up and PKs me and my char.. and in most cases, shortly after that happens, Dinin shows up on the server...

Dinin is Jade. Dem made me aware of this a long time ago when she was harassing me.
